There are plenty of ways to get involved with the Trust and help other young people with CF. Here are some current opportunities that you might find interesting:
Youth Advisory Group (YAG)
YAG is made up of young people aged 14-25 who are living with CF or close to someone living with the condition. Find out more about YAG and see how you can influence work at the Trust and ensure that the voices of young people with CF are heard.
Building Brighter Futures
Building Brighter Futures is a three-year programme for 10-18 year olds with cystic fibrosis, funded by BBC Children in Need. Find out more about Building Brighter Futures and the upcoming talks, Q&As and workshops that will be covering a broad range of topics from mental health and isolation, to coding and blogging. To sign up, email Bahar Mustafa, Digital Youth Outreach Officer.
What's coming up?
Sadly, our six-week programme “Preparing for Work” has come to an end. If you’ve missed out, not to worry! We have recorded each workshop, which will be available for streaming on our website soon (watch this space!).
Our next six-week programme will be delivered in the summer where we will offer under 18s with cystic fibrosis a creative set of workshops and an opportunity to develop skills through group work with other young people with CF (more information coming soon!).
All of our workshops are delivered digitally using Google Hangouts, a video calling platform.
For more information please email our Digital Youth Outreach Officer, Bahar on email@example.com.

What’s next? Post-16 information coming in the Spring
Post-16 options can be a bit nerve-wrecking so we’ve asked the CF community for their advice and experiences. This resource is for anyone who has just finished their GCSEs and are wondering – what next?
