It is because of those kind supporters who generously include a gift to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in their will that we are able to continue raising standards of care and investing in research to find an effective treatment for cystic fibrosis. In fact, gifts in wills finance around 10% of our work, and this is made up of many different sized gifts.
The Trust appreciates family and friends must come first, but a percentage of your Estate or a fixed sum gift makes a difference to the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis, and helps us to achieve further advances in research. All gifts in wills make a difference, regardless of their size.
You may have already included a gift, in which case – thank you. We would be grateful if you have, if you'd let us know on the pledge form provided and return to:

or by email to Michael Clark.
It helps us plan for the future and we also like to be able to personally thank such generous supporters, and keep them up to date with our work.
If you have already made a will, but now wish to include a gift to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, you may be able to add a codicil to your existing will. We do strongly advise consulting with your solicitor before adding a codicil.
We have provided answers to some frequently asked questions as well as providing an Estate pack which may help you to gather your thoughts before the will writing process. Whilst we can't provide you with legal advice, we can discuss with you the will writing process and answer any questions you may have about leaving a gift in your will to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Our Legacy Charter provides information on our legacy promises to you.
This September, the Trust is offering free wills to all existing supporters. Find out more about this scheme.
