Supporter Care Office Volunteer

Head Office - Aldgate, London

1 –2 days a week- between the hours 10:00am–3:00pm

Ideally available to volunteer for six months or on-going basis

About the role

The Supporter Care Team is responsible for processing all donations onto the database and thanking our supporters. We also process GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) consents, maximize Gift Aid income and maintain databases for our work.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking information from paper and digital returns and updating the databases accordingly. You will also get involved in other administrative tasks as needed. 

You will receive training as required for the role on using our databases; data processing and office administrative tasks to ensure you are able undertake your tasks effectively.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Ability to deliver accurate data entry
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Some experience of working in an administrative/office role.
